Corporate Talent Pool, LLC was established in Atlanta, GA. CTP was developed on the premise that organizations are in need of identifying, selecting, and developing human capital in organizations - strategically focused on providing services to the healthcare industry. Human capital, also known as “talent” in organizations is instrumental in the health and success of the organization. The success, reputation, culture, and brand of an organization are built upon its talented pool of employees. The owner has an MBA and Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness, a BA in Psychology, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, is a 360 Certified Coach, and has over 13 years of corporate experience in Human Resources. Corporate Talent Pool is a Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Business.
